Kitchen Team Member – Smoke & Pepper (New Restaurant Opening)

Employment Type: Full-Time Only

Smoke & Pepper is preparing to open a new restaurant in Bracknell, and we are seeking dedicated and professional Team Members to join our team. This role includes both front-of-house responsibilities and involvement in kitchen and grill operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new venture and contribute to delivering a high standard of service from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service in all areas of the restaurant
  • Assist with kitchen and grill duties, including food preparation and maintaining food safety standards
  • Support daily operational tasks as directed by management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across both front and back of house
  • Work effectively as part of the team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hospitality or kitchen/grill experience is advantageous but not essential

Shift Information:

  • Full-time positions only
  • Shift patterns include 11:00–22:00 or 11:00–close, depending on rota requirements
