The Bathroom Company Glasgow is an established bathroom design, supply, and installation business serving customers across Glasgow and surrounding areas. We're looking for a friendly, organised Admin Assistant to join our busy showroom and office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
  • Schedule surveys, installations, and appointments.
  • Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and order confirmations.
  • Keep records of customer orders, supplier deliveries, and project progress.
  • Support the sales team with pricing, supplier communication, and admin tasks.
  • Maintain office systems and databases.
  • Assist with general office duties and occasional marketing support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous admin or customer service experience
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented.
