About The Role – You Will
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Help lead, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff
- Ensure consistency and excellence across Japanese and French dishes
- Take ownership of sections during service and maintain high standards
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
- Uphold food hygiene, health & safety standards at all times

About You – You Will Have
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in high-end restaurants
- Strong background in Japanese and French cuisine (essential)
- High standards of cleanliness, precision, and culinary technique
