We are an independent women-led business, working with local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Sous Chef** to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has strong experience working with fish and seafood
  • Confident in both service and prep, with solid experience supervising kitchen operations (minimum 5 years in Chef roles, including 2 years as Sous Chef)
  • Able to support the Head Chef in managing the team and ensuring consistency and quality across all sections
  • Capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards, and stepping into the Head Chef's duties when required
  • Someone hard-working and dedicated to high standards of work
  • Possesses a 'can-do' attitude, positive and outgoing
