Interim Operational Human Resources (HR) Manager

Scale 8 £49,282 - £52,413 per annum (pro rata)

37 hours per week

18-month fixed term contract

Essential Criteria

  • Level 5 CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrable operational HR management experience covering the full range of Human Resources activities

  • Expert knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace

  • Extensive experience of working at operational manager level

  • Demonstrable experience of managing, motivating & developing a high performing team

  • Ability to manage & motivate a HR team, setting clear objectives aligned to strategic goals to deliver positive, customer focussed outcomes in a challenging environment

  • An ability to produce high quality outputs to deadlines, amidst conflicting and competing demands
