Job Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Email Marketer to manage, optimise, and grow our email campaigns for fintech and financial education audiences. You will focus on engagement, conversion, and driving traffic to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalise messaging to maximise engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance, including open rates, click-throughs, and conversions, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to create compelling content.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or CRM management.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or educational industries is preferred.
