BTL Mortgage Adviser (Employed) Hybrid | Skelmersdale | £35k-£40k basic | OTE £70k+

We're on the hunt for a not just an expert in BTL but someone that can lead from the front and hopefully lead our fastly growing team.

The role:

• 100% BTL focus: portfolio landlords, HMOs, SPVs/Ltd Co structures, complex income and layered securities.

• End-to-end regulated advice under our permissions, with process excellence and great client comms.

• Collaborate with ops/engineering to improve Acre workflows and our in-house app; your feedback ships to production.

What you'll bring:

• CeMAP (or equivalent).

• Proven BTL expertise, confidence with complex criteria, packaging, and protection conversations.

• Proactive, client-first, great communicator, organised.

Compensation:

• up to £40,000 basic (DOE) + OTE £70k+

Leads and pipeline:

• Red hot qualified enquiries from marketing and partnerships; typical monthly allocation shared in interview.

• You can also self-generate we reward it.
