Investment Bank-End to End KYC Coordinator

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a motivated End-to-End KYC Coordinator to join the Client services team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full KYC lifecycle, supporting onboarding, recertification, and offboarding of corporate and financial institution clients.
You will act as a key point of contact between the business, clients, and other key internal stakeholders, helping to ensure KYC processes are efficient, client-focused, and compliant with regulatory standards.
This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals looking to start a career in financial services operations and compliance.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Coordination
- Support the KYC process across onboarding, recertification, and offboarding for a variety of clients.
- Help identify and escalate any issues or risks that may block KYC progress.
- Assist teams in Lisbon and India to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service for clients.
Client Relationship Support
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients during the KYC process.
- Learn to build positive relationships with strategic clients and internal teams.
- Support a client-focused approach, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Onboarding & Recertification
- Assist in collecting and verifying client documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Support monitoring of KYC workloads to ensure timely completion and zero overdue files.
- Work with internal teams to support KYC Master and extension processes.

Essential Skills & Attributes
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with interest in financial services, compliance, or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Highly organized with good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support multiple stakeholders.
