About The Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key accounts and distribution partners in targeted international markets.

This role requires a dynamic, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of commercial strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in key regions.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored go-to-market strategies per region, set and deliver sales targets, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure profitability.
  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively seek and engage new business opportunities within target markets. Build and manage a pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing international key accounts and distributors, ensuring consistent brand representation and sales performance.
  • Market Analysis, Use insights to Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and assess customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends within targeted international markets.
  • Trade Marketing: Support in planning and executing trade marketing initiatives that drive visibility, demand, and sell-through across channels.
  • Distributor Support: Provide strategic guidance, sales tools, training, and marketing support to distributors to help drive growth and optimize brand visibility.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Use CRM data to support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure that partners uphold brand standards in merchandising, pricing, and customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to align market needs with company capabilities.
  • Travel: Frequent international travel (30-50%) to attend trade shows clients and build
