Power Platform Specialist

  • Wish you could focus on building tools people love to use?
  • Want to take ownership of meaningful automation projects?
  • Ready to help teams work smarter, not harder?

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-evolving, tech-forward organisation seeking a
Power Platform Specialist
to drive real impact through smart, scalable solutions.

This is your chance to move beyond basic workflows and into a space where low-code tools meet complex challenges. You'll design and deliver applications and automations that directly enhance how people across the business work, collaborate, and solve problems, all using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Why This Role is Great

In this role, you'll:

  • Create and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps
  • Improve and support an established suite of business-critical applications
  • Translate challenges into simple, elegant tools that solve real-world problems
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams to uncover inefficiencies and build smart solutions
  • Help define governance approaches and support business users in building responsibly

It's a hands-on, high-visibility role where your work won't sit in a backlog, it will be used, appreciated, and continually improved.

What You'll Bring

You're someone who thrives when given the space to explore, create, and iterate. You'll likely have:

  • 2+ years of experience building with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Confidence working with APIs and integrating across systems
  • A user-focused mindset with an eye for detail and a love of simplicity
  • The ability to gather requirements and translate them into working tools
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus skills (not essential):

  • Hands-on experience with
    Azure Logic Apps
    ,
    Power BI
    , or cloud-based integrations
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, or Dynamics
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps environments
  • Microsoft certifications or experience with platform governance

Don't worry if you don't tick every box, if you're passionate about automation and building things that work, we want to hear from you.
