Social Media Account Director

Our client, a leading, integrated marketing agency in Marlow, are now looking for a Social Media Account Director to join the team.
You're a Social Media Account Director with 6+ years of agency experience, ready to lead strategy and growth for major retail destinations.
Collaborative, organised and commercially minded, you ensure your team delivers campaigns on time, on budget and beyond expectations. You also mentor and develop your direct reports so they consistently perform at their best.
What you'll do as Social Media Account Director:
- Lead your team and clients to deliver excellent, efficient and commercially sound work
- Analyse and improve workstreams, identifying new growth opportunities
- Drive the strategic direction of your accounts and support new business efforts
What they're looking for:
- 6+ years leading social accounts, delivering strategy and growing client value
- At least 6 years in a social or marketing agency
- Ideally strong retail and/or destination marketing experience
- Proven people-management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
You'll stand out if you're:
- Creative, with a portfolio of engaging, results-driven ideas
- Collaborative, especially with creative teams and content creators
- Curious and up to date with social trends, always pushing for fresh, innovative approaches
