We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair services, ensuring that clients leave feeling satisfied and looking their best.

Duties

  • Perform various hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet clients' needs and preferences.
  • Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles and products.
  • Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
  • Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the latest trends and techniques.

Skills

  • Proficiency in barbering techniques is highly desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations within a salon environment is beneficial.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
