Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced, talented Hair Stylists to join our busy Team at the newly-refreshed Reflections salon in Bedminster.

As a Stylist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, creating everything from classic to avant garde.

To excel in this role you will:

  • In-salon experience of cutting hair for a minimum of 1-2 years (unexperienced applicants will not be considered).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Be able to create bespoke cuts and styles suited to a diverse range of clients.
  • Be personable and able to build a rapport with clients for long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Enjoy assisting with the day to day running of a successful salon.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to meet client needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Assist in salon management tasks including stock inventory.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost sales.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
