The Role: Support Worker

We're looking for energetic and caring individuals to join our vibrant team. You don't need previous experience—just the right values, a positive mindset, and the willingness to learn.

You'll help support people in their day-to-day lives, encourage personal growth, and create opportunities for residents to enjoy engaging, active lifestyles. Whether it's helping with daily routines or heading out on a local trip, every day brings new rewards.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, caring, and energetic attitude
  • A strong sense of responsibility and empathy
  • Willingness to work 40 hours/week, including alternate weekends and evenings
  • A full clean driving licence is preferred (we use company vehicles daily for community outings)
  • No experience needed—full training and induction provided
