We work closely with a number of Primary Schools in the Bristol area who are currently looking for ECTs to join their dynamic teams.
There are opportunities for you to work in a variety of schools, from small village schools to large three form entry schools. We cover classes from Reception through to Year 6.
The Role
Long-Term Teachers are currently seeking Early Career Teachers to join our team to support Primary Schools.
We will listen to your preferences for your first role; year groups, location and support system in the school. We will support you to find the best opportunity for you, roles that can give you the chance to become a reflective and confident practitioner.
You will be expected to:
- Have positive behaviour management techniques.
- Communicate clearly with staff members.
- Work closely with the class Teaching Assistants to support individual children.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
- Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements.
- Have a creative and flexible mindset when adapting lessons.
Working with Long-term Teachers:
We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
