Overview

Chartwell Controls Limited is an independent Building Energy Management System (BeMS) specialist contractor who deliver a range of Mechanical/Electrical Projects to a varied Client Base. Due to continued growth Chartwell are looking to employ on a 1-year maternity cover contract, an Accounts Payable Assistant to work within our Administration team in Westerham on a part time basis of 20 hours per week.

The successful applicants' duties will include but not be limited to:

· Processing Supplier Invoices & Statements

· Purchase Ledger processing

· Expense claims checking & processing

· General admin duties as required

· Liaising with suppliers

Essential Requirements:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.

· Preferred but not Essential – AX Microsoft Dynamics

· Ability to work alone from time to time using your own initiative when required.

· Good people & organisation skills with an eye for detail

· Accounts experience

· Please note: Training will be offered to the right applicant where necessary

Relevant Experience, Skills and Knowledge

· Office experience

· Ability to work alone from time to time using own initiative when required.

· Good telephone manner.

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· Proactive attitude.

· Comfortable working as part of a team.

Additional training will be provided as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £14,400.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
