Role:

As the
BI Lead
, you'll take ownership of the cloud data platform and shape the future of data strategy post‑merger. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll:

  • Architect and evolve
    Data Warehouse and Lakehouse solutions.
  • Own and develop the organisation's
    Power BI environment
    , enabling self‑service analytics and reporting.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, models, and semantic layers.
  • Set technical direction, mentor a small team, and champion best practice in modern data engineering.
  • Stay hands‑on while shaping the roadmap for scalable, cost‑effective data platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with
    Data Warehousing, Lakehouse architecture, and Power BI
    .
  • Hands‑on expertise in
    SQL
    and data modelling best practices.
  • Knowledge of
    Microsoft Fabric
    is highly desirable.
  • Background in Azure‑based platforms and modern data engineering patterns.
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers/analysts.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
