The Opportunity:
"The Sales Development Representative role provides an exciting platform for career development for sales-oriented, ambitious, hungry individuals who have a creative & entrepreneurial flair, along with highly developed communication skills. You'll play a strategic role in the company's continued growth by finding and breaking into the next premier customers for FICOs flagship cloud software products. Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment is essential. Previous sales experience is desirable. The ability to develop relationships, drive, and ambition the key skills required."

What You'll Contribute:

  • Actively identify and research potential customers through outbound efforts and joint partners strategies.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and create traction with prospects.
  • Proactively respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, partners, and events.
  • Work with field marketers to refine messaging and lead generation strategies with partners.
  • Provide feedback to marketing team based on campaign feedback.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with lead and customer data.
  • Plan and research to engage prospects through personalized communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer pain points and match solutions to their needs.
  • Position FICO´s platform value proposition effectively to prospects and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Work with Partner Account Managers to develop accounts and territory strategies.
  • Qualify leads based on FICO´s Platform Capabilities.

What We're Seeking:

  • 1-3 years as SDR with a background in a financial or tech company with a financial focus.
  • Strong understanding of the role of Sales and Business Development in the enterprise B2B software industry.
  • Expertise in leading and driving innovations that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Microsoft.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships quickly over the phone, through email, and social channels.
  • Detailed, motivated self-starter who thrives in a complex and challenging environment of a rapidly evolving business.
