Join us as a Risk & Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Risk & Quality Analyst to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business remains resilient and future-ready. You will help us navigate risks and meet regulatory requirements. Collaborating across teams, you will embed a robust risk and control framework to support our business aims whilst fostering a proactive risk culture.

What you'll be doing:
  • Assisting the Risk Manager with the day-day running of risk management within the business.
  • Responding to and managing any incidents that are alerted to the risk team, ensuring all information is collected before being closed down.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA's)
  • Assist with control testing and reporting.
  • Building risk maturity throughout the business.
  • Assisting the risk manager in bringing in new risk processes that will assist the business in building their risk maturity.
  • Assisting with NCP's yearly insurance renewals.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to collect their key risk indicators on a quarterly basis
  • Managing the risk register, ensuring all risks are up to date and they have the correct ownership and information.
  • Assisting with collecting relevant information for the reporting at the internal risk committee Quality Control
  • Assist with the quality control of NCP's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the Standard Operating Documents (SOP's) do not go out of date before they are updated

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Skills & experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to build, influence and manage relationships both internally and with external partners at all levels
  • Attention to detail with the ability to communicate and negotiate complex issues in a clear and concise manner at all levels within an organisation
  • Ability to work in a pressured changing environment to tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinker who can demonstrate commercial acumen.
