Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Menswear team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales and customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Duties

  • Great all customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
  • Recommend suitable products, staying up to date on current collections and trends.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Processing sales, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation.
  • Processing stock deliveries and stock replenishment.
  • Ensuring that the shop floor is always clean and tidy to a high standard

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fashion-aware with a strong interest in designer and contemporary brands.
  • Exceptional time management abilities, capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
