_We are looking for reliable, passionate, and professional individuals to come and join our brilliant Sales Advisor team If you are good at building rapports and speaking to new people, you will thrive in this role_
**Job Title**:Sales Advisor
**Location**:Our brand new site in Pontypridd, Cardiff
**Salary**:£19,157-£19,760 plus a generous bonus _(current Sales Advisors are taking home around £1000 a month on top of their basic salary)_
**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday - _so no weekends 9am till 6pm_.
**What will I be doing?**

You will be working on behalf of a global newspaper, speaking to customers from all over the world, Americans, Canadians and Europeans just to name a few.

The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service whilst promoting the features and benefits of an international newspaper, read by the likes _of _Bill Gates, Barack Obama, Angelina Jolie and Pharrell Williams_, just to name a few

**What happens next**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1st class customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support
- Understand the clients products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer
- You will dial several different types of data ranging from payment bounce back to winback, pending cancels and retentions
- Calling customers who’s direct debit may have failed - this often occurs when bank cards expire
**Skills Required**:

- Proven successful experience in customer sales or retention
- Great communicator with a professional telephone manor
- Have a passion for sales, & strive to deliver success every day
- Experience of working to & achieving targets
- The ability to self-motivate & support and inspire your fellow sales professionals
