The Role

You'll work directly alongside our project management team to support the smooth running of MEP projects from pre-start through to handover. You'll also play a key part in keeping our office operations running efficiently, supporting with administration, documentation, and general coordination.

No prior MEP or construction experience is required — we'll provide full on-the-job training. What matters most is that you're switched-on, proactive, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Assist with the coordination of mechanical and electrical site works and subcontractors
  • Help prepare and maintain project documentation including RAMS, O&M manuals, and progress reports
  • Support project managers with procurement and supplier communication
  • Attend site visits where needed to gather updates, photos, and documentation
  • Track delivery schedules and chase materials or information as required

Administration & Office Support

  • Raise purchase orders and assist with invoicing and cost tracking
  • Carry out data entry into project and finance spreadsheets
  • Obtain and file certificates, supplier datasheets, and quotations
  • Manage email correspondence, meeting notes, and file organisation
  • Assist with general business administration and office coordination tasks

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A practical problem solver with a "get it done" attitude
  • Eager to learn and grow within a technical and fast-paced environment
  • Interest in construction, engineering, or project management (preferred, not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not required)
