A bit about what you will be doing:

As Concierge at South Place Hotel, you'll be the heartbeat of our guest experience connecting people, places, and moments. You'll craft exceptional stays, build relationships that last, and create commercial impact through smart partnerships and referrals.

This is a people-first role for someone with flair, curiosity, and a love for hospitality that feels personal, not prescribed.

• Deliver warm, tailored, and memorable guest experiences that define South Place and The Evolv Collection.
• Drive restaurant referrals and cross-sell experiences across our iconic portfolio.
• Lead The Evolv Concierge Scheme, nurturing key relationships across London and the UK.
• Build strong corporate links and promote exclusive hires, events, and private dining.
• Represent Evolv at industry forums and networking events, positioning us as a leader in luxury hospitality.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns that grow loyalty, visibility, and revenue.

What We're Looking For:

• A confident connector with natural charm and impeccable service standards.
• Experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, or hospitality sales.
• Commercial awareness and a passion for curating unforgettable experiences.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills.
