Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality principles, including serving techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and calculating drink recipes accurately.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards is highly desirable to ensure compliance within the establishment.
