About the role

In this role, you will be part of a development team involved in the design, development, testing, documenting and deployment of D365-based solutions in accordance with agreed standards to support and maintain integrated IT services to the business. You will extend the capabilities of the CRM team by providing the business with functional and technical expertise specifically in Microsoft Dynamic 365 CE.

Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and release notes, will be a key part of your role. You will also assist with escalated support incidents as 3rd-line support, carrying out remedial work or recommending corrective actions. Furthermore, you will plan and undertake software upgrades under the standard change control process, ensuring timely delivery with clear business communication. Finally, you will ensure all software development activities align with company security standards, preventing internal or external data security breaches.

We are looking for an individual with a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

  • Proficient in server-side and client side development languages to extend a Dynamics 365 implementation - C# (.NET) and JavaScript
