The Opportunity

As a Strategy and Propositions Senior Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives that influence senior decision-making and deliver outcomes that matter. Your insights will help us stay competitive and resilient in a fast-changing energy market.

You'll join us on a salary starting at £44,800 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This is a remote role with flexibility to travel to our London or other offices when needed – or more often if you prefer.

From analysing market trends to shaping customer propositions, you'll work with diverse teams and senior leaders to deliver strategic solutions. EDF will support your growth with opportunities to learn, collaborate and make a difference.

Who You Are

We're looking for a commercially minded, analytically strong Strategy and Propositions Senior Analyst who thrives on collaboration and strategic thinking. To be shortlisted, you'll need to offer:

  • Strong commercial acumen to deliver high-value business recommendations
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and project management
  • A proactive approach to proposition development from concept through to delivery
  • Advanced data analysis skills to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively across all business levels

Experience in Business Energy Supply and Energy Markets is desirable, but not essential – we value transferable skills and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who bring strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with senior leaders and teams across EDF Business Solutions and wider areas of the business, building strong relationships to deliver strategic outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategic workstreams and aligning stakeholders for senior decision-making
  • Developing and refining business propositions based on market and customer insights
  • Delivering market analysis, portfolio and competitor insights to inform strategy
  • Building business cases that drive strategic and commercial decisions
  • Presenting recommendations confidently to senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Pay, Benefits and Culture
