What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside an Associate Partner known for developing talent in a high-performing team at HF, you'll:

• Support the management of complex litigated and pre-litigated claims valued between £200,000 and £5m. The case load will cover indemnity, liability, causation, and quantum disputes relating to brain and spinal injuries, polytrauma, amputations and high-value property damage from motor accidents.
• Assist other fee earners within the team, including the head of department, thereby offering you unparalleled access to high value and complex litigation.
• Prepare and review evidence, draft Court documents, attend hearings and conferences, and maintain high professional standards.
• Build strong relationships with insurer clients while developing your skills in providing clear and commercially sound legal advice.

What do I need?
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' experience in handling and / or assisting with Multi Track personal injury claims and litigation, ideally including large loss cases.
