Site Labourer

We're looking for Site Labourers with joinery experience to join our growing site installation team at Precision Timber. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, working away across the UK (no weekend work).

The Role

As a Site Labourer, you'll support our Site Joiners and Site Managers in installing bespoke timber playground equipment, outdoor structures, and timber decking. You'll be working on live sites, helping with preparation, assembly, fixing, lifting, and finishing work.

This role suits someone hardworking, trustworthy, practical, and keen to grow within a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the installation of timber playground equipment and outdoor structures on-site.
  • Assist with timber decking works, including removal where required, ground prep support, and installation under guidance.
  • Assist with site set-up, preparation, and general labouring duties.
  • Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
  • Work to drawings and measurements where required, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety standards and professional presentation on site at all times.
  • Follow RAMS, site rules, and H&S procedures.
  • Travel and work away during the week as needed for installs.
  • Work as part of a site team, maintaining strong communication and teamwork.
  • Represent Precision Timber positively with clients and site partners.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous site labouring experience essential.
  • Good level of joinery/carpentry experience, including confidence with timber structures and timber decking.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
  • Physically fit, able to lift and happy to work outdoors in all weather.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in high-quality work.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (or working towards).
