We're looking for a
MI, Reporting & Data Insights Analyst
to join our clients growing team; someone who loves digging into data, spotting trends, and helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an
experienced analyst
who wants to make an impact across
operations, sales, and customer experience
, while also playing a key role in
acquisition integration
and data transformation projects.

The Role:

  • Build, maintain, and deliver
    reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
    for multiple business areas.
  • Analyse
    operational, financial, and sales data
    to highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Extract, cleanse, and manipulate large datasets from
    CRM systems
    and other business platforms.
  • Provide
    clear, actionable insights
    that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with
    operations, sales, compliance, and IT teams
    to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support
    acquisition integrations
    , including data mapping, reporting alignment, and standardisation.
  • Document and improve MI processes, introduce
    automation
    where possible, and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Travel to UK offices required (mileage paid)

About You:

  • Proven experience as a
    MI Analyst, Data Analyst
    , or similar role (insurance, broking, or financial services experience is ideal).
  • Strong experience working with
    CRMs
    and handling data from multiple systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills
    (essential) experience with
    BI, analytics, or AI tools
    a strong plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in communicating data insights clearly to
    non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in
    acquisition integration
    or
    onboarding projects
    is desirable.

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Naturally
    curious, proactive
    , and eager to drive improvement.
  • A
    team player
    who collaborates effectively and communicates clearly.
