To meet this demand and maintain our high standards of delivery, we need Delivery Associates to join us for a temporary period and own end-to-end project delivery, build strong customer relationships, and help us scale our business.

About the team

Our Government and Public Services business unit is committed to leveraging AI for the benefit of individual citizens and the public good.

From our work informing strategic government decisions, to optimising our NHS, through to protecting children from harmful online content - we know that AI offers opportunities to drive improvements at every level of Government and we are proud to lead on some of the most impactful work happening in the sector.

Because of the nature of the work we do with our Government clients, you may need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on site with these customers from time to time.

About the role

As an Associate, we are seeking an intelligent, mission-driven individual to join our dynamic teams driving high-impact, mission-critical AI transformation programmes across the UK Government and public sector. You will collaborate directly with expert delivery teams and technical specialists to shape, build, and deploy AI tools that deliver measurable impact and improve public services.

This is an intellectually demanding role requiring strong analytical skills, exceptional judgement, and a proactive approach to solving complex, sensitive challenges in fast-changing environments.

What you'll be doing:
  • Working alongside Government stakeholders to deeply understand mission challenges and user needs.

  • Managing individual work streams to support the successful implementation and delivery of bespoke AI solutions.

  • Conducting in-depth open-source analysis to inform the development of cutting-edge AI tools.

  • Designing and rigorously testing workflows that promote user-centric and effective decision-making.

  • Translating complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.

  • Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment of technical solutions with customer needs.

  • Contributing to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development across the team.

Who we're looking for:
  • You possess exceptional intellectual ability, clear thinking, and strong judgment to apply to public sector innovation challenges.

  • You demonstrate a clear interest or experience in the UK Government and public sector, whether through work, study, or research.

  • You bring demonstrable knowledge and passion for AI and data science and its potential for positive transformation.

  • You have strong analytical, communication, and written skills, especially in synthesizing complex or incomplete information.

  • You understand Agile, iterative development, and continuous delivery methodologies.

  • You are proactive, take strong initiative, and demonstrate ownership in solving a problem from start to finish.
