Fund Controller Fixed Term Contract

A successful European private equity investment house are seeking a Private Equity Fund Controller on a contract basis.
It's a hybrid working set up, 3 days in the office and genuinely a nice place to work
The Fund Controller will be responsible for:

- Fund accounting and maintenance of the accounting system
- Review of Investment valuations
- Preparing Investor capital calls and distributions
- Producing Investment drawdowns and distributions
- Preparing Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and Investor Reports
- Calculation of management fees and carried interest
- Production of SPV consolidated financial statements
- Assisting the Investor Relations team with data requests and Fund performance metrics
- Fund tax compliance (US, UK, Germany)
- Maintaining external relationships (auditors, tax advisers, banks)

What our client are looking for:

- You must be a qualified accountant
- Have direct experience of fund accounting for private equity vehicles
- Tax experience associated with private equity fund tax and transactions would be an advantage

Duration: 6 months +

**Salary**: £75,000-£90,000 depending on experience (Fixed Term Contract)
