We're looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant for a growing office in London. We've been working with this client for the past few years and have successfully grown their Dubai studio which we're looking to replicate in London. We're looking for individuals that can grow with the business. Youshould have a background working on residential and commercial projects andlarge -scale projects in the Middle East.This individualshould have in -depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion anddiligently communicate with all associated teams to ensure the project isdelivered on time and budget. You should have previous experience in qualityassurance checked on site to ensure regulations are being followed correctly RequirementsMasters in Architecture and en route to being RIBA qualifiedA strong portfolio with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience.Knowledge of all phases of construction and project completionExcellent time management and resource programmingKnowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards of the UAEExcellent drawing skills and familiarity with design and practice software ArchiCAD, Rhino and SketchUpStrong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensionsVisual awareness and an eye for detailCommunication skillsDetail -oriented and highly analyticalDeadline -driven and dedicated to excellence BenefitsWork within a growing firm who are making a great name for themselves in the Middle East and are looking to build their London office.
