We're looking for a
Junior Graphic Designer
to support the creative team in localising and adapting visual content for multiple European markets. You'll work closely with the in-house designer and cross-functional teams to reformat UK-based designs into culturally relevant assets for global audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Reformat and adapt visual assets for EU marketplaces, applying established style guides
  • Support localisation efforts by tailoring designs for different languages and cultural contexts
  • Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals
  • Execute design tasks with precision and speed, maintaining high standards across deliverables

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on design experience
  • Strong layout and visual storytelling skills (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    and
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Mac-based environment)
  • Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs with clarity and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced team
  • Familiarity with design adaptation across platforms and formats
