Born on the site of the once iconic Manchester Exchange railway station, CitySuites I and CitySuites II Aparthotels embody the very spirit of the city, standing tall as a testament to the forward-thinking essence of Manchester. Our 5* apartments are a sanctuary amidst the chaos, allowing our guests to navigate the city with ease.

Along our journey, we've immensely proud to have launched Embankment Kitchen, our modern seasonal restaurant and bar, as well as Embankment Café Co., offering artisan coffees and freshly made cakes and sandwiches. Our sophisticated meeting and event spaces have grown too, hosting everything from board meetings to launch parties, and even wedding receptions.

As a Concierge, you will provide a personalised service to residents and guests, ensuring that their needs are met with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

A Concierge is an essential part of the hospitality or service industry, providing invaluable assistance to guests and ensuring their experience is memorable and stress-free. The role demands a high level of customer service, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

· Guest Services:

o Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a welcoming atmosphere

o Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy

· Local Knowledge and Recommendations:

o Provide guests with recommendations for restaurants, activities, sightseeing, and shopping based on individual preferences

o Stay updated on local events, attractions, and services to ensure guests have the best options

· Communication:

o Maintain effective communication with guests to ensure satisfaction during their stay or visit

· Problem Resolution:

o Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

o Anticipate and proactively address potential concerns to ensure a seamless experience

Competencies and Skills:

· Pro-active with a hands-on approach

· Passion for the hospitality industry

· Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered

· Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations

· Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence

· Strong communication and listening skills
