Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow for a dedicated Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating home care services, closely liaising with clients and care staff to ensure personalized care plans, and supporting the efficient daily operations of care services. The Care Coordinator will also address client inquiries, manage staffing schedules, and ensure all care services are delivered to a high standard in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing challenges and resolving conflicts.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with scheduling software and record-keeping systems.
  • Understanding of standards, regulations, and best practices in care provision and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality client-focused service.
  • Relevant qualifications in social care or similar fields and prior experience in a care or coordination role is preferred.
  • Compassionate approach with a focus on promoting dignity, independence, and well-being of clients.
