The Order Management function at Unigloves plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. This team acts as the central link between our customers, sales teams, warehouse, and logistics partners, ensuring that every order is processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations and internal service standards.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

· Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.

· Validate stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch.

· Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.

Customer Communication

· Act as a key point of contact for order-related queries from customers and internal teams.

· Provide order confirmations, delivery updates, and resolve discrepancies or complaints professionally and promptly.

Coordination with Internal Teams

· Liaise daily with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth order flow.

· Flag any issues with stock, lead times, or delivery constraints to relevant stakeholders.

System & Data Management

· Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems.

· Ensure all documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) is correctly generated and filed.

Continuous Improvement

· Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

· Support implementation of new tools or processes to streamline operations.
