The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Welwyn, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Borehamwood areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care in the UK.

You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.

The role require people to be flexible and to provide personal care (helping someone get washed and dressed, companionship care (being a friend and someone they can rely upon) and a little light housework along the way. We also drive clients to appointments, shopping and sometimes social events - making a car essential.
Benefits we offer:
* All roles are part-time and we are flexible about start and end times and days worked.
* We offer basic pay rates of £12.00+ per hour (averaging over £14.00 with benefits).
* £0.30/per mile travel - £0.45/per mile when travelling with or for a client.
* Newly introduced, £12.00 per hour paid during travel between clients (restrictions apply).
* Continuous PAID Professional Development - our staff have the best Award Winning Training.
* Minimum 1-hour visits - no short visits when you join us.
* Paid Holiday and Pension Contributions.

QualificationsEssential: Full UK driving licence and own car - to enable you to ferry clients around.
Residence: You must reside in our franchise region covering Hatfield, WGC, Potters Bar, Borehamwood, and surrounding villages and areas.
Right to Work in UK: We are currently not licenced to sponsor overseas candidates.
Additional InformationWe are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
