Salary range: Annual base salary plus uncapped commission – annual salary commensurate with experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to help customers unlock the full potential of PTC's award-winning technologies. You'll be key in driving digital transformation across manufacturing and engineering sectors, delivering measurable business outcomes through strategic sales.

Your Impact

  • Drive revenue growth by selling PTC's digital transformation solutions to targeted prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with key accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to support the sales process and close deals.
  • Champion the value of Digital Transformation technologies to solve real-world customer challenges.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Identify and engage with prospects to understand their digital transformation goals.
  • Align PTC solutions with customer needs, delivering compelling value propositions.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Execute account strategies and territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally within PLM, CAD, IoT, or related domains.
  • Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand manufacturing processes and value drivers.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience selling PTC solutions or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with discrete or process manufacturing industries.
  • Understanding of digital transformation initiatives and their impact on operations.
