We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Double Glazing Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing accounts, and driving business growth within the double glazing industry. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and territory management to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits of double glazing solutions.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with management on business development initiatives and marketing campaigns to increase market share.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to enhance revenue streams.
- Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on retail or direct sales environments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for account management and analysis.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical sales presentations.
- Skilled in marketing strategies, including cold calling, inside sales, and territory expansion techniques.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Experience in upselling, product demonstrations, and closing high-value deals within a B2B context.
