About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Lettings & Social Media Administrator to join our busy, friendly team in Redhill.

This is a varied role that combines property administration, marketing, and client support Perfect for someone who's passionate about property and enjoys creating engaging social media content.

You'll be an essential part of the lettings team, helping to manage the day-to-day running of our portfolio, assist with property viewings, and maintain our online presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the lettings team with all aspects of tenancy progression and administration.
  • Booking and occasionally conducting property viewings (own car required).
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal documentation.
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing property listings on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Assisting with property photography, marketing updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential).
  • Previous experience in lettings, property administration, or marketing/social media preferred but not essential — training provided.
