Location: Preston & Penwortham (most clients are in Penwortham, Longton, and Lostock Hall, all within 3 miles).

What You'll Do

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
  • Assist with medication as prescribed
  • Help with meal prep and feeding where needed
  • Light housekeeping duties
  • Offer companionship and social support
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
  • Follow care plans to deliver safe, person-centred care
