Position: Early Years Educator

Hours: 40 hours per week (option to condense 40 hours over 4 days) - all year round

Salary level 2: £26,000 - £26,520

Salary Level 3: £26,832 - £28,912

Opening Hours: 7.30 am to 6.00 pm

What we are looking for:

We're seeking a special individual who along with a full and relevant early years qualification can bring fun, laughter, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education to our children, families and team.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to each child
• Creating inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that promote exploration and independence
• Building strong bonds as a key person, supporting children's development and working closely with families
• Supporting calm, inclusive routines like mealtimes and transitions
• Making meaningful observations and assessments to inform planning
• Contributing to reflective team meetings and ongoing quality improvement
• Engaging in continuous professional development and keeping up with best practice
