WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We are seeking to appoint two permanent full time Grade 4 Contracting Support Assistants to join our busy Business Support Team providing comprehensive support services for Commissioning Services Teams.
We are looking for individuals who have good organisational skills, close attention to detail, confident communicating with providers, managers and colleagues at all levels with strong established numeracy skills.
You will assist with inbox management handling high volumes of queries, compliance checks - ensuring service standards and regulatory obligations are upheld with providers, handling transactions, supporting with provider queries, liaising with commissioning and finance, and assisting with audits.
This is a busy and interesting role working within a small, enthusiastic, and friendly team. You must be able to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and timescales and have a methodical, confidential approach to your work.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will need to be educated to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area. We look forward to receiving your application.
