Duties and responsibilities related to the Demi Chef de Partie role

  • Prepare and execute dishes to the required standards, following recipes and specifications with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation in line with kitchen standards.
  • Work proactively to ensure dishes are prepared and served on time during service.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing and coordinating the section, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including correct cooking temperatures and safe food handling practices.
  • Continue developing culinary skills and knowledge to take on greater responsibility within the kitchen brigade.

About You

You will have proven experience in culinary operations, ideally within a hotel kitchen environment, with the ability to manage and support a kitchen section effectively. You bring strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and current trends, along with a genuine commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
