We are looking for a talented Demi Chef De Partie to join our fantastic team in our flagship restaurant - Soho in the heart of London.

About the Role:

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you'll support the smooth running of the kitchen while developing your skills under the guidance of experienced senior chefs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a high-energy, premium kitchen while contributing to dishes that showcase the creativity and precision of Chotto Matte.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Chotto Matte standards
  • Support your Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in a variety of tasks
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during busy services
  • Help with stock rotation, section cleanliness, and organisation
  • Learn and develop new skills under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium or high-volume restaurant
  • A good foundation of cooking skills and eagerness to learn more
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated with a growth mindset
