We operate across the UK, Republic of Ireland, and mainland Europe, and we're growing fast. As part of our journey, we're looking for an Oracle Integration Support Analyst to help us optimise and support our newly implemented Oracle Cloud Fusion system.
About the Role
Reporting to the Oracle Integration Lead, you'll play a key role in transitioning our Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) into a steady state. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and our third-party Managed Service provider to ensure seamless data integration and system performance.
This is a remote-first role, with the option to work from our Keynsham office. Some flexibility may be required to support colleagues across different time zones.
What You'll Be Doing
Support and enhance integrations within Oracle Cloud Fusion using Oracle Integration Cloud.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues via our internal ticketing system.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to ensure business needs are met.
Maintain and document integration processes and configurations.
Provide training and guidance to team members on OIC.
Partner with the Power BI team to ensure accurate data for reporting.
Conduct testing and performance tuning to ensure reliability.
Escalate major issues to the Oracle Technical Integration Lead.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of finance processes and month-end accounting.
Confident in system configuration and ongoing support.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bonus Points For:
Oracle certifications.
Experience in busy, operational environments.
