  • Develop and execute marketing and communication plans aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Manage content creation for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance and create detailed reports to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Organise events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support communication objectives.

Profile

A successful Marketing and Communications Officer should have:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications within Public Sector or Not-for-Profit.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
  • Ability to analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
