The ARMS service will work collaboratively with other service providers, including ChYPPS, Substance Misuse Services and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) services (Live Well Kent and Medway, MIND) and the 18-25 pathway for young people. This will not only allow quick, easy access to treatment but also enhance support for the delivery of the psychosocial offer to young people in schools, colleges, universities and local communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for offering high quality assessment and intervention (including CBT/CBTp and family interventions) and key working support to young people with complex presentations entering the service. You will line manage and offer clinical supervision on psychological work to other practitioners.

Consultation, risk formulation, safety planning, facilitating reflective practice and teaching to staff in the multi-disciplinary team will also be an expectation.

This fantastic opportunity is for a Senior CBT Psychotherapist or Psychologist who will be responsible for the clinical delivery of evidenced based psychological therapies in the At Risk Mental State pathway in NK. You will have high quality support from service leads who are passionate about developing psychosis services in Kent & Medway.
