The Interim Resourcing team within Konexo is an established player in the flexible legal staffing market. Created to meet client demand for interim legal, company secretarial, HR and compliance professionals, we provide access to consultant resource with the support of a globally branded law firm.
We're seeking a proactive and relationship-driven recruiter to join our expanding Interim Resourcing team and play a key role in shaping the future of flexible legal services.
Demand for Konexo's Interim Resourcing business continues to grow year on year. To meet this demand, you will lead the recruitment process for new applicants to Konexo, ensuring our pipeline of legal talent is strong and responsive to client needs.
Our clients span a wide range of sectors including financial services, TMT, consumer, healthcare and more. Clients are at the heart of what we do, so a client-first mindset is essential.
As part of our recruitment team, you will focus on managing legal consultants through our application and interview process, and champion the experience of consultants on the Konexo bench, ensuring they are informed, supported and engaged.
Success in this role will be measured by consultant engagement, placement conversion rates, client satisfaction, and contribution to team KPIs.
You Will
- Develop deep knowledge and expertise in the legal talent market
- Deliver consistently excellent experiences for consultants
- Collaborate with Partners of Eversheds Sutherland to ensure a high-quality recruitment experience
- Drive higher conversion rates from opportunity to placement
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of Konexo Resourcing
The successful candidate's role title will be Resourcing Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for Legal Consultants including talent attraction campaigns, screening applications and interviewing prospective applicants
- Lead Konexo's two-tier interview process which includes screening by the Legal Resourcing team, followed by a technical interview with a Partner of Eversheds Sutherland
- Work with the Managing Director, Senior Manager and Resourcing team to proactively source in-demand talent for flexible staffing requests
- Maintain accurate records and data using our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn)
- Match consultants to client opportunities based on skills, experience and availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to support long-term engagement
- Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives to raise Konexo's profile in the legal market, contributing to content creation for articles, campaigns and events
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to measure recruitment success and KPIs
- Manage relationships with select recruitment agencies, ensuring competitive fee structures, controlled spend, and quarterly quality reviews
Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within professional services or the legal sector. A strong interest in developing expertise in this area will also be considered
- Ability to effectively source talent on LinkedIn recruiter
- Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with consultants and Partners of Eversheds Sutherland
- Attention to detail: meticulously follow processes and ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Relationship building: keen interest in building and maintaining strong relationships within your network
- Organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Problem solving abilities: ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Team collaboration: ability to work well within a team and contribute to team success
- Resilience: Ability to bounce back from setbacks, taking learning points to ensure future success
