You'll work side by side with an exceptional CFO and senior leadership team, shaping business strategy and helping to deliver continued growth. This role comes with a clear and achievable path to Finance Director.

The Role

You'll lead a high-performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team, delivering world-class insights, planning, and analysis across the business.

Key areas of focus:

  • Own and drive all FP&A activity, including forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Partner directly with the CFO, CEO and Exec leadership team to influence growth and performance.
  • Deliver true commercial insights and support key business decisions.
  • Lead business case analysis for new products, investments and strategic projects.
  • Drive innovation, automation and strategic finance initiatives across the business.
  • Use data and BI tools to turn insight into action and influence change.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, challenging and supporting senior leaders.
  • Present and influence at board level, driving strategic and commercial decision making.

Your Profile

We're looking for a bright, strategic and humble finance leader, someone passionate about people, commercial finance and growth.

You'll likely be on a fast track in your career and ready for a bigger challenge, with the confidence and potential to step into a Finance Director role in time.

Key requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance background
  • Experience within consumer-focused sectors such as eCommerce, Retail or FMCG
  • Commercial mindset and innovative approach
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
  • Comfortable presenting at board level and influencing senior stakeholders

Compensation:
£95,000 – £115,000 + Exceptional Benefits and Flexible Working
